  Collected an online order from this store, they took forever to find it and just left me standing there. The person who went to get the order come back and went on a till without updating me. Another member of staff eventually came out and took the order number off me again. When I finally got my order it came in a plastic bag and on opening I found the books damaged and the boxes all squashed. When I complained they just said we cant replace them so take them back to a store for a refund? I have already taken a journey into town and wasted half a day collecting the tat so have no intentions of wasting more time & money. Avoid unless you like poor service.
