  First Class service from start to finish. Tom Northway was absolutely superb, working with us on every detail of our adapted shower room. No rush, no hard sell, just good old fashioned personalised service that has almost become extinct elsewhere. The team went out of their way to source a replacement product out of hours in order not to delay the plumber (Scott Brimson, who was also excellent). Although not local to us, I would definitely use Total Bathrooms again and cannot recommend them highly enough to others. 10/10 in all respects.
